Chair

Ms. Arrowsmith has a B.S. from the University of Kansas and is a Certified Insurance Counselor and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter. Margie is President and Agency Principal with The Holmes Organisation of Florida, and is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Northeast Florida and the Florida Association of Independent Agents. She is a lay minister and a volunteer with Hospice of Northeast Florida.
