Dining The casual yet elegant lakeside dining provides a fine-dining experience, all within a short distance from the comfort and convenience of your apartment or home. Together with the Director of Dining Services, our Executive Chef has developed an extensive menu, always featuring fresh in-season ingredients. Menu highlights will include Bourbon Street salmon, stuffed pork loin, roasted herb chicken, fresh Grouper and New York strip, as well as an inspired selection of nutritionally balanced, healthier options. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, the seasonally changing menus unite imaginative cuisine with fresh local ingredients. Creative and colorful cuisine steals the show at our once-a-month theme nights.
Dining Room Hours are: The Lounge: Discover new neighbors and greet old friends. The elegant yet relaxed ambience of the lounge, is a perfect place to enjoy cocktails and meet great company. Every Friday there is a “Happy Hour” between 5:30 pm. and 8:00 pm. The Pub: Is open for lunch between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. It serves ice cream, sandwiches, soup, salad bar and soft drinks as well as daily specials.
